I remember what he said in the inauguration speech: "...pick yourself up, dust yourself off, (pull yourself together and take responsibility for your life..) in brackets is my own understanding of it. I too believe that it is through a sense of community that change may be born, and perhaps by people following his example of crossing over, building bridges and embracing all people, we as a society will grow. I wrote a post on election day about not wanting to be red or blue, but simply Americans perhaps with a tinge of purple. I very much enjoyed the read. Wishing you a beautiful day. :) brenda Daniel,
